Many everyday activities have changed with the Covid 19 pandemic. We can not change the unfolding events in regards to this crisis but we can be grateful for what we have & help each other and the most valernable among us with sharing what we have whether it's food or just a phone call letting them know you care. If you shop from home consider supporting small businesses that are also being hit. Be well.

With the growing COVID-19 we will be challenged as well as having to make modifications to our daily routines. We may not be able to change the unfolding events in regards to this crisis but we can control how we react to it. We can exercise caution, offer support to those who are the most vulnerable among us whether it is shopping,a phone call or what ever we can do to calm their fears and let them know that someone cares and in this period of isolation from each other that they are not alone.Stay informed.
