We make all our apparel and products on demand, especially for you. As they are printed just for you according to your selected size, colors, and designs we cannot accept them for return unless they are faulty or the incorrect items were sent, as we cannot re-sell your garment or product. 
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong color, you can absolutely return it and we will remake it for you. Please note colors can appear differently on different monitors, this is because monitors display colors using red, green and blue light (RGB), whereas commercial printers used on clothing use cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink (CYMK).

Returns are only accepted within 30 after the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kcwowwares.com and we will notify you of where to send your item to.

Shipping
To return your product send us an email to contact@kcwowwares.com and we will notify you of where to send your item. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted us: at which time we will provide you with the correct return address.

You will have to pay shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or contact your bank. Processing times can vary, depending on your financial institution and geographical location.
Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kcwowares.com and we will notify you of where to send your item to.
